People have been predicting a class action trend in Europe for a few years now. It's not really a shock that we still haven't seen this. I imagine it is quite unlikely that it will genuinely take off over here. Cearly there are a few firms that are still hopeful the trend will develop but I think if we are being realistic Europe is unlikely to see a wave of class action activity.
