Addleshaws building to be sold as London property market heats up

It's obviously great news if the property market is coming back and it's positive that international companies are still interested in London, but I think the real estate partner in the article is right, is it a healthy thing? We have to remember how we got here in the first place and it's certainly a worry if there really is an "unbelievable frenzy' going on. It's frenzy that pushes prices to crazy levels. Perhaps what's happening in Dubai right now will help temper the frenzy?
