Whilst I can see why banks are not popular at the moment and they have brought this state of affairs on themselves, I fail to see why people should be allowed to incur debts beyond what they are permitted to do and not have to pay a charge upon such debts. The banking systems mistakes should not mean blank cheques for any customers
