Amarchand flies in UK talent as Mumbai COO

Why is the appointment only restricted to Mumbai? Are they not serious about it for the whole firm? The Delhi office has always been seen as very different from Mumbai. This appointment will make the difference even greater. They should either appoint a delhi counterpart or let this COO have a scope across the firm. A Mumbai COO only seems rather odd.
