Opinion: FSA’s prosecutor roles are too far-reaching

Question to all you legal guys from an IFA. Do you believe that the FSA have the legal right to force IFAs (average industry age 54) to requalify by sitting and passing new level 4 exams before the end of 2012 in order to stay in business,or do you think they are too powerful to sustain a legal challenge to what I feel is a breach of my human rights. I would appreciate your opinions please and thanks.
