Opinion: Outsourcing will enhance careers, not hinder them

As a future trainee at the firm of the author, it is reassuring to hear that development of young lawyers is still a key consideration in how firms are managing change. While cost, or more accurately value for money, will always be the primary rationale for customers choosing a law firm - the industry's commodity is knowledge and experience after all. As for not spending whole days in a data room - I don't know if I am happy or sad (most likely happy)!
