"For example, there could be an MP who has health issues - there’s no public interest argument there. " Of COURSE there's public interest there. Shouldn't the voting public know if an MP might be incapacitated from representing them? What if the Prime Minister had turned into a raving lunatic and was declaring war on squid? I should think that's exactly the sort of thing that newspapers should be publishing. How can a lawyer say there's NO public interest in that?
