I am acting on behalf of my 80 year old mother who was widowed last year,My parents took out/miss sold a SAM with Barclays for £30,000 on a property valued £120,000 the property is now worth £350,000- £400,000 what are the prospects of a reasonable settlement from Barclays or through the courts
