Does anyone ever listen to Kevin Wheeler? I read his last article on the subject and have also read the report from Eversheds. Seems to be that this guy is 'spinning' himself to try and get more work off the magic circle. Also, I ask myself, has Kevin Wheeler ever run a law firm? Doesn't look like it to me. I currently run my own boutique litigation practice and we are currently dealing with a $65 billion pound international financial fraud case. According to Mr Wheeler, only the magic circle would be capable of running this type of work. I wouldn't ask this guy to give advice to my business in any shape or form. I'd rather get my advice from Eversheds!
