Lovells retains just 69 per cent of autumn qualifiers

Yes, all very interesting. But can someone collect figures for number of fee earners "managed out" or kicked out during probationary periods as well ? I wonder how well all of these firms fair in that respect. I have two friends who are great lawyers, both have recently moved jobs (one friend to one of the firms mentioned above), and soon found themselves out of a job due to "performance reasons" during their probationary periods. It was rubbish - they were excellent lawyers.
