As a non-employment lawyer but with knowledge of how European Law should be interpreted and implemented to accord with the public policy objectives of the EU commission, I am very much siding with Mr Seldon as he is correct (in my humble view of course). In my view, the relevant directives have not been properly interpreted. Also, I used to work with Mr Seldon and he was a very nice man and a good lawyer. I will be 'rooting' for him.
