Edwin Coe turnover edges up, profit drops by 20 per cent

I would have thought it a little premature to issue an award for an `Outstanding Achievement' when the original NR action was thrown out. If the appeal succeeds well and good, but if it doesn't the only `achievement' will have been to deprive NR shareholders of even more of their cash. This may merit an award to Mr Greene by the grateful members of Edwin Coe but I can't see that it would do so in the context of the legal community generally.
