Olswang is an extremely good firm but it is a niche media sector firm and rightly proud of that. Greenbergs are neither niche nor media. I have worked with their offices in the US and they are more akin to a US Eversheds - diverse and local. The alliance no doubt seemed worth exploring but sometimes you have to recognise that things don't work out.
