WOW! I was told from various people that wages in-house are not great. But getting £130,000 a year and a £40,000 bonus is terrific. Plus no timesheets, no set chargeable hours to meet, no dog-eat-dog culture for partnership, no marketing and reasonable working hours. An excellent package!
