Mayer Brown governance structure in limbo as Maher quits

Not quite "in limbo" is it, with a continuing and fully supported Chairman, another Vice Chairman (who will now be managing partner), a fully constituted policy and planning committee - a new structure fully approved with a couple of places to be voted in a democratic and open run-off. Shouldn't this be "Maher in Limbo".....
