As far as I am aware Hammonds suggestion that its deferred trainnes opted for this course of action is a nonsense and its suggestion of receiving 11k is also not correct. The placement scheme is good but not an option, more of a requirement. I am sure those trainess affected would rather have started their contracts on time. It makes you wonder if the reporting is accurate or whether the information given is not quite true.
