It's only right to point out that Kent Legal quite deliberately pays market rents for its premises, pays wages comparable with regional private sector firms (especially for more junior staff) and has no 'tied' or 'immovable' internal client base, as suggested, since it wants to compete on an equal footing and level playing field with all its counterparts.
