Since I am retained by litigation lawyers in insurance and reinsurance this happening is all very logical.Reinsurance arbitrations and reinsurance litigation are all very costly and will increase in coming years due to reinsurance negotiations are documented these days.Reinsurance brokers are consolidating Collins, Carvill,etc.
