Have had the priviledge to work with Dominic Bacon in both Gulf International Bank and CMC Markets- both jobs in which he managed to spearhead to come across as both a legal and compliance guru not to mention always exuding an approachable attitude; most unusual for most in-house counsels I have had to work with. He certainly deserves the award for the way he expertly handles both legal and compliance 'hats' for multiple jurisdictions. Dominic must win!
