With all due respect, devils advc8, transferring fee earners to Saudi Arabia (fee earners who otherwise would be sacked) is a recipe for a failed Saudi practice. Saudi is one jurisdiction in the world where you don't want to dump lawyers through internal transfers (unless that lawyer REALLY wants to be in Saudi). Otherwise, you are looking at a failure of a Saudi office. Imagine this, as soon as business starts booming again in London or Dubai, that lawyer you transferred from London will be the first one to leave.
