Focus: Dechert, Paradigm of virtue

This is one of the worst "articles" I have ever read. Ask the "esteemed" Chairman of Dechert why, for two years running his firm has fired numerous associates in the time period of September through December when those associates were performing above expectations and were due year-end bonuses had they not been made "redundant". Ask a question such as this to Winokur, and if the answer you get is that this did not occur, then you will have just had a conversation with a person why is lying.
