Tods Good for you kitty but you're still not getting the point. Did you do an LLM because you thought it would do your cv good? If so, you are misguided. I'm glad you have a training contract (really I am) but you could've had a job a year earlier if you'd really wanted. Incidentally, there's no jealousy - you're right that some people will have "better academics" than me, but only a few - but I did a masters just because I didn't want a job yet and I'm happy to admit it. People just need to get real about the whole LLM/GDL/QLD thing - the best will get the jobs regardless of the route they take. And if you're not up to scratch you won't last in the real world, no matter how many letters you have after your name. Yours, inspirationally....
