French firm Moisand Boutin & Associés has hired a corporate partner from US firm Reed Smith.
Philippe Lecler joins Moisand Boutin after nearly seven years as a partner at Reed Smith. Lecler was one of the founding partners of the US firm’s Paris office, joining from Rambaud Martel in November 2005 (16 November 2005).
Lecler focuses on corporate and securities law but has also practised as a corporate litigator.
His hire brings the number of partners at Moisand Boutin to 10.
Last year Reed Smith boosted its Paris corporate team with the hire of a corporate team from Simmons & Simmons, led by partner Marc Fredj (28 September 2011).
