Reed Smith creates full-time pro bono role" />Reed Smith Richards Butler has appointed Chris Marshall to the newly created full-time role of pro bono and community manager. Marshall was previously an associate in the firm's commercial disputes and shipping group. He has extensive experience on a range of dispute resolution and international and domestic human rights issues and will be responsible for running and driving the firm's pro bono and community support programmes in the UK. He will also handle the firm's UK charity programme and other initiatives within the field of corporate social responsibility. Marshall heads the Investment Working Group, which is part of the UN's Millennium Development Goals, and is a member of the Attorney General's International Pro Bono Coordinating Committee.
