  • I am surprised Pinsent Masons didn't make a punt at some of Halliwells business. Many moons ago they were rumoured to have courted Halliwells, then Halliwell Landau for a merger - before they even opened an office in Manchester. Might have been an easy way to bulk out the Manchester office more. Anyway the article above suggests they have eyes on other areas of expansion and the international/London corporate side of things now takes precedence.
