The legal recruitment consultancy, Richard Owen & Harper, has forged an alliance with the Hong Kong agency, Swift Legal. Links have existed between the agencies since former consultant at Richard Owens, Catherine Faircloth, left to become senior consultant at Swifts. The two agencies already share many of the same clients in London and Hong Kong. Martin Humberstone, director of Richard Owen & Harper, said: "We believe in working in a more coordinated way.
