Register now Register with The Lawyer Anonymous 19 March 2014 at 22:49 They claim to be ‘lawyers who know Asia’, but are actually severely understaffed in their capabilities in the two biggest Asian giants of them all – China and India. Their India desk was disbanded a few months ago and their China desk is nothing to write about. I believe Rajesh Sreenivasan was in charge of some India desk operations which is amusing since he is an IT law expert who doesn’t have a clue about Indian rules and regulations. So their tie ups with local firms is not a part of a well thought out strategy, but rather necessitated by poor capabilities in local law itself.
