Jersey-based Mourant du Feu & Jeune acted on a proposal to launch a commercial property fund in the Channel Islands. The Royal Bank of Scotland International is proposing to launch the fund in association with international property consultants Weatherall Green and Smith. The fund, which will be known as The Foundation Fund, will be used to invest in commercial property located in Jersey and Guernsey. Jacqueline Richomme, an international finance partner at Mourant du Feu & Jeune, acted on the deal.
