Nicholson Graham & Jones represented Nackebro AB (PUBL) on the £23.6m sale of Status Park, Nobel Drive, Heathrow to Prudential Pensions. At present, two of the buildings are let to the Secretary of State for the Environment until 2008 while Netscape Communications will occupy the third building until 2012 on terms which total an income of £1.69m per year.
