Rowe & Maw acted for BG Staff Pension Scheme on three property acquisitions, all led by property partner James Black. The first project was the site acquisition and forward funding of an office development in Watford, on which Theodore Goddard acted for developer Gryphon Developments. In the second, the pension scheme bought a warehousing estate in Camberley from BG Property Holdings, which was advised by Berwin Leighton. The third was a purchase and forward funding for an office development in Woking, with Payne Hicks Beach advising developer Alliance Properties.
