Manches represented the Burford Group on the £16.2m sale of The Observatory in Bracknell to British Airways Pension Fund Trustees, and on the letting of the 45,000sq ft gross contemporary office building to Towry Law on a 16-year FRI lease at an annual rent of £1.062m.
