Cameron McKenna partner David Saunders led the property group on three high profile development deals in the Thames Valley, for John Laing Property (JLPL). The first deal saw JLPL buy sites to develop two offices in Reading. Travers Smith Braithwaite acted for the vendor, Deramore Property Group. The second transaction saw JLPL purchase a 14.7 acre site in Bicester, with Norton Rose acting for the vendor. JLPL also purchased a business park in Swindon, in a joint venture with ICP Developments (ICP) and Parlison Highcross. Pitmans in Reading and Gouldens represented ICP and Highcross respectively. The collective acquisition value was u10.65m.
