Princess in rent wrangle

Princess Nouf Bin Musad Bin Abdullah Al-Saud is heading for a High Court battle with holiday letting company Ivington London. She is suing it for for damages over its alleged refusal to allow her access to a flat she had rented. She claims she was to pay £78,000 to rent the three apartments for a 10-week period but although she had paid money in advance she was refused access. In all she claims she paid a total of £106,745 to Ivington in advance – £78,000 rent, £13,745 VAT and a refundable deposit of £15,000.
