Prince Michael of Kent is facing the threat of being taken to court, with a new court action now waiting in the High Court wings. In the case, which is bound to make headlines, the Prince is being sued by a former business adviser in respect of fees it is alleged he has failed to pay. The claim has been launched by Giles Remnant, 52, of Saffron Walden, Essex, who alleges he is owed more than £105,000. Remnant claims that in 1996 he took on responsibility for pursuing the Prince's debtors and collecting money owed to the Prince's company. He claims that this agreement went on until May this year, but that he is still waiting to be paid.
