Public procurement
Public procurement law is intricate and constantly evolving in various sectors. Our nine-lawyer team has uniquely broad expertise in all aspects of public contracts, with particular experience in complex large-scale procurement procedures, including competitive dialogue.
We advise our clients, both contracting entities and tendering companies, to help them achieve their goals. We work in close co-operation with ICT and PPP contract lawyers to provide a specialised team to meet each client’s needs in the best possible way.
In addition to giving advice in tendering procedures and related disputes, we represent our clients in court proceedings and prepare internal procurement guides and risk analyses.
Our services also include training programmes tailored to the needs of each client.
