Our dedicated projects group works on major infrastructure projects and project financings in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia and has extensive experience across many sectors, including energy, healthcare, telecoms, shipbuilding, transportation, waste/water and PFI/PPP.
We act for sponsors, developers, contractors, government agencies and finance providers.
The group includes lawyers with backgrounds in private and public finance, project development and project management, M&A, construction and engineering, environmental, regulatory and commercial work.
It is this combination of industry knowledge, broad legal expertise and track record in domestic and international projects that enables us to provide innovative solutions that reconcile the interests of sponsors, financiers and other stakeholders within varying political and commercial environments.
