  • Sure, HSF probably rather not be in head-lines for these 8 or so departues, but still one of the premier go to disputes practices, if a major player's "bum is on the line".
    No board or insurer ever got criticised for instructing Herbert Smit in a crisis; period. The Freehills lot will also start to shine.

  • Jagusch is a game-changer at QE, another coup of his which underlines that he is not afraid of hiring big names. It will be interesting to see what other senior English arbitration lawyers will come on board of Greeno's generation.

  • Some partners won't be missed. Others such as Fox, Pearce and Bushell were cornerstones of the partnership but who left because they were forced out of leadership following the Freehills reverse takeover.
