The Curtis Commercial Litigation and Arbitration group represents domestic and international clients in state and federal courts throughout the US and in arbitral tribunals in venues throughout the world.

In addition, attorneys within the group have extensive experience representing brokerage houses and investment firms in industry-related arbitrations under Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) rules involving a variety of matters.
