Every employer needs to keep pace with the rapidly-expanding field of employment law — especially with the increasing number of litigious and contentious challenges by employees or former employees. But it can be hard to stay on top of all the latest developments.
We provide our clients with expert advice covering all aspects of employment and pensions law — from advisory and transactional matters to contentious issues.
Our approach is multinational and European: we recognise the importance of EU law to employment law, but we focus on local law too. The clients we advise range from public- to private-sector employers, from multinational groups to small companies and a whole range of trustees. We also act for employees with complex issues and partners.
Our philosophy is to provide clear, pragmatic and commercial advice that will deliver solutions to our clients’ problems. We do not hide behind pensions industry jargon and we do not use the complexities of pension law as an excuse to sit on the fence.
Our pensions team is large enough to support the most complex matters, while being sufficiently small and close-knit to ensure strict standards of quality control and a high level of partner attention for each of our clients.
We work on all types of pension schemes (defined benefit and defined contribution, trust and contract-based) for all parties (employer, trustees, insurers and members).
