We advise both companies, as issuers, and financial institutions, as managers and underwriters, on a broad range of equity and debt offerings in the Finnish and international capital markets.
We also counsel clients on general financial regulatory and securities law matters. Our experience in equity capital market transactions includes listings, initial public offerings and secondary offerings, share buy-backs, rights issues, block trades, private placements, public tender offers and de-listings.
We also regularly advise issuers and other market participants on directors’ duties and other corporate governance issues, market regulation and stock exchange matters.
In debt capital market matters, we work for issuers, as well as managers and dealers, on bond issues and debt programmes.
We also advise on convertible and high-yield debt offerings and work with corporate and financial clients on derivatives transactions.
