Our focus is frequently on acquisition and leveraged finance (including senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt), asset finance (including financing and leasing of aircraft, ships and other large capital assets), derivatives and structured finance (including securitisation of various types of assets), project finance (including construction and infrastructure projects involving public-private partnerships and limited recourse financings in Finland and the emerging markets), trade and export finance and real-estate finance.
We also advise on domestic and cross-border restructuring and workout projects in order to rehabilitate distressed borrowers.
In addition to our transactional work, we often advise banks and other financial institutions, as well as investment and fund management firms, with their operational, regulatory and supervisory matters.
