Banking and finance
Our Banking & Finance team delivers commercial business solutions to clients with a diversity of needs. Our approach is always accessible, collaborative and practical.
We are an acknowledged market leader in real-estate finance and specialists in Islamic finance, acquisition finance, structured and project finance and mortgage trading. We advise banks, other financial institutions and corporates around the world on every aspect of finance transactions, working with our clients on complex cross-border arrangements in Europe, the Middle East and beyond.
We offer more than just accurate, practical legal advice. Our long-established relationships with both lenders and borrowers have led to a heightened awareness of the commercial issues for both sides.
The team also restructures existing transactions, developing new techniques and allowing restructurings to be completed in the most tax-efficient manner.
We work closely with numerous other practice areas, in particular real estate, private equity, construction and restructuring and corporate recovery, resulting in a cohesive, co-ordinated and effective approach.
