Poppleston Allen wins gaming star

Whur, who joined the firm from Addleshaws' Leeds office, concentrates on the legal implications of betting on the internet and will also focus on licensing advocacy. Prior to Addleshaws, Whur spent five years at Walker Morris.
Whur won Ladbrokes as a client at the end of last year, acting for the bookmakers on internet betting issues. He takes Ladbrokes with him as a client to Poppleston Allen. Ladbrokes also instructs Trethowans for licensing work.
