Pinsent Masons is mourning partner Shelagh Gaskill (left), who died last week following a long illness. Gaskill was a commercial partner in the outsourcing, technology and commercial group, specialising in data protection. Pinsents will set up a scholarship in her name to pay for information law training for people in charities and not-for-profit organisations which will last for three years, launching on 19 May.
