Pinsent Curtis Biddle is losing two partners from its Leeds office
Jonathan Hawkswell is the firm's national head of construction and is leaving in a month to set up his own niche construction practice in Leeds. Hawkswell is part of the projects and commercial group, which is now gearing more towards PFI and projects work, said a source within the firm. Kevin Hostford, a partner in the property department, is leaving to join eight-partner Leeds firm Shulmans' residential development unit. Shulmans specialises in commercial services across the board and has a strong residential team, acting for some major housebuilders such as Persimmon and Bellway.
