Pinsent Masons has stormed to the top of Hemscott’s AIM adviser rankings, gaining six new clients in the past six months.
In the last quarter the firm overtook AIM heavyweights DLA Piper and Norton Rose for number of clients listed on AIM.
DLA Piper remained in second place despite five companies dropping off its roster.
Norton Rose, which led the table in May, lost seven clients, including audio company Imagesound and Finance Ireland, both of which delisted from AIM. Pinsents gained three clients on top of the three it had won since the start of 2008, making it the fastest-growing AIM practice in the top 10.
Clients won in the last three months included Johnson Service Group, which floated on AIM in July, and Tangent.
Pinsents corporate partner Jon Harris said: “We continue to attract clients from overseas together with UK-based businesses in a variety of sectors seeking admission to AIM.”
