Pinsent Masons has formed an alliance with a Chinese firm to enable it to expand the amount of construction clients it acts for.
Pinsents has signed an agreement with Beijing Hesen Law Firm, which is led by construction lawyers Ye Wanhe and Elvis Zhou.
