  • Lovells began outsourcing legal work (real estate matters) back in 2002, as widely reported in The Lawyer and elsewhere, so to say Pinsents are the first some 7 years later is not quite right.

  • Why not cut out the middle man - Pinsents - and go straight to the overseas firm ?

  • Seems to me that Pinsents have it about right. Take cost effective solutions to clients rather than wait for firms such as Exigent to go direct to corporates. Very smart. Lovells moving work to Tunbridge Wells hardly counts.
