It would be interesting to know how many female equity partners have full time househusbands. Reply Link Anonymous 10 March 2014 at 12:49 Not too surprising. They sacked EVERY male trainee from their Sept 2009 London intake at the end of their contracts. Reply Link Tim 19 March 2014 at 22:29 This is all a red herring. Want to talk about real diversity? Get every top 20 law firm to disclose the statistics of % of trainees they take on each year who were educated solely in the state sector. Grasp the nettle. All this talk about woman, gays, transsexuals and race is mere window dressing. It allows firms to go through the motions and tick boxes and get awards while at the same time ignoring the discrimination they conduct routinely unabated. Reply Link Anonymous 9 May 2014 at 16:39 This is a fairly easy aim to attain, and I fully suspect that the recruitment of the new female Finance Director replacing Steve Hancock is evidence of PM’s on-going commitment to their aim. PM needs to focus less on trying to attain awards for diversity, and recruitment staff through a fair, open and transparant method.
