Pinsent Masons has lost its first legacy Pinsents partner since the firm’s merger went live in December last year. The former London head of banking and finance Rhodri Davies has quit Pinsent Masons to join Scottish firm Dundas & Wilson. Davies’ departure comes hot on the heels of the resignation of Masons legacy partner Chris Dering. He is due to leave the firm in April to take up a role as principal counsel at engineering and construction company Bechtel after 16 years at the firm. Davies is due to join Dundas & Wilson’s London office on 21 February.
